 What kinds of workouts are included in this program?

LA30 is a home based workout system focusing on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), body weight strength exercises, and abdominal training. It is supported by a practical approach to real world nutrition.

What if I don't have equipment or a Gym membership??

No problem! All of our workouts are designed for small spaces at home. The only items needed are a chair, two pieces of cardboard, and a variety of water jugs that can be bought at your local grocery store for under $20. Dumbbells can also be used for all workouts instead if you wish.

What if I’ve never worked out before?

Our videos offer expert technique tips from a fitness expert with two decades of experience. We will walk you through the exact step by step process needed to learn the exercises and get fit. The workouts start with the goal of building a base of fitness and ab strength so if you’re a beginner that’s never worked out, or someone who wants to get back in shape, we will have you up and running in no time.

What if I am unsure if I am doing the exercises properly?

Every video in the LA30 program is filled with voice over technique tips from a fitness professional with 20 years experience in the field. Follow the cues, and you will feel the difference that good form makes.

What if this program is too difficult for me?

Don’t worry. We will show you everything that you need to know. Our workouts start with the basics needed to build back a foundation of strength, stability, and fitness. They are progressive in nature, and each week builds on the last.
