My Story

Girl in a jacket

In my twenties, fitness saved my life. It was my rock; always there to clear my mind, help me work through tough situations, and teach me that I could push past anything that weighed me down, as long as I stayed disciplined and focused on success. In many ways, working out helped shape the man I am today. It empowered me, taught me life lessons, and was sometimes the only thing that made me feel strong in otherwise chaotic times. It was something that I promised myself I would keep in my life forever. No matter what.

In my thirties, my life began to unfold in amazing ways. I gained an incredible wife, my business expanded, and soon after, we added two beautiful kids to our growing family. This is when a strange thing happened. As my happiness in these areas grew, my responsibility increased dramatically and my "me" time became almost non-existent. In other words, I started losing myself. I lost that fire inside. I lost my motivation to work out. I lost a big part of the man I was. And then I lost my body. I am aware that all things of value come with the responsibility of caring for them, and this takes time. Time I was convinced I didn't have. On the outside I was living my best life, and on the inside I was sad. I was burning out.

One day I looked in the mirror and saw a guy that looked like he had given up. A guy who was letting his essence slip away. It was on that day that I decided to make a change. It was on that day that LA30 was born. I set out to create a method of simple eating and short training sessions that I could squeeze into the busiest of lifestyles; that could minimize time required, while maximizing results and satisfaction. In the first 14 weeks I dropped 22lbs, built back my abs, and got lean and fit. Currently, I have lost 40lbs and am maintaining the weight loss with zero cravings or bounce back weight gain.

At 45 years old, the fire inside is back and burning strong. I am not alone in the way that I was feeling, and after talking to countless people over the age of 30, I know that many of you have pain around the way that you look and feel. I want you to know that there is something out there for you as well. I am dedicating my time and energy to share the LA30 program with you. I want to help you push through the pain, take back your life, and re-ignite the fire inside the person you know you can be. It's your time to shine. Let's go!
